Search forms transmit the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Paramount People Search does not retain a separate copy of those searches on its servers. When a visitor sends a message, we receive the details that person chooses to provide and use them only to answer the inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data in aggregate to keep the site working and to understand which pages help visitors. We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use the data described above to operate the site, fix problems, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell a list of our visitors. We do not build profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Paramount portals, Los Angeles County and California records offices, library collections, or third-party search tools. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's policy rather than this one. Sponsored search results are also furnished by a third-party company and are subject to that provider's privacy terms.
When Information Is Shared
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Because no visitor accounts are offered, Paramount People Search does not hold a user password or account profile that could be exposed here.
Visitors Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
California Privacy Choices
California residents may have rights to know, correct, or delete covered personal information and to limit certain uses under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because Paramount People Search holds little visitor information, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and available server logs, then deleting eligible material found there. Use the Contact page to submit a request.
The California Delete Act created the Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, known as DROP, for requests directed to registered data brokers. Data-broker registration began January 31, 2024. Californians could begin using DROP on January 1, 2026, and brokers must process DROP deletion requests at least once every 45 days beginning August 1, 2026. Those rights do not erase official records held by the City of Paramount, Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, Los Angeles Superior Court, the Assessor, or California agencies. Questions about an official record must go to its custodian and remain subject to the California Public Records Act, Government Code division 10, sections 7920.000 through 7931.000, and any confidentiality law that applies.
